"I really wasn’t happy with it…"
I really wasn’t happy with it. For what I paid, I expected a lot more, but it just didn’t feel worth the price. It kind of reminded me of times I’ve gone along with a friend’s recommendation and ended up wondering why I spent the money. Overall, disappointing.

I thought ordering a hat would be a simple thing, but the sizing was way off. It ended up being way too big and just sits weird on my head. Really frustrating for something that should’ve been easy.

We ordered these for a promo event after a friend recommended trying something a little more fun and interactive. They definitely got people laughing for a bit, but most guests didn’t keep them on for very long. They were also a little harder to handle than we expected, so overall they kind of missed the mark for us...

I had fun with it overall, but the fabric felt kind of thin and not as sturdy as I expected. Also, the repeated verification steps got annoying after a while, I felt like I had to keep proving myself over and over just to get through the process.

My order from nogginboss showed up in good shape, honestly. The box had a little dent on one side, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged or anything. I do think they could’ve used a bit more padding, maybe, but overall it was totally fine. I’d probably order from them again.

"Nice hats, checkout was kind of annoying"
I liked the hats a lot, and I did end up placing the order, so that part was fine. But the checkout process was just… not great. The page was loading really slowly, and my discount code didn’t show up right away, so I wasn’t sure if it worked or if I did something wrong. I had to refresh and type everything in again, which was kind of frustrating. It all went through eventually, but yeah, it felt like more hassle than it needed to be

At first, it really does look fun and exciting, and I can see why people would be drawn to it. But after using it for a while, it starts to feel kind of heavy and tiring. To be fair, I think it’s important to be honest about that so others know what they’re getting into before buying

I had an issue with my order and thought it would be taken care of quickly. Instead, the replies were slow, and it felt like I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, which got frustrating.
By the end, the problem still wasn’t fixed in any way that actually helped me. I wouldn’t say they’re the "worst" company, but I definitely felt brushed off, and based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t order from Noggin Boss again

"Absolutely the funniest gift, no contest"
I bought this as a birthday gift and I can say with complete confidence it was a total hit. Everyone thought it was hilarious, and it showed up in perfect shape. The only thing is, it’s definitely a bit bulky to store, but for the laughs it got, I’m convinced it was 100% worth it.

"Disappointed with the logo quality"
I got my hat the logo print wasn’t really what I was expecting. The edges looked a bit blurry and the colors came out duller than they should have, which made the whole thing feel kind of cheap up close. I’m not saying it’s totally unusable, but for the price, I feel like they could’ve made the print a lot cleaner. It also seems like it might start peeling after a few wears. The idea is fun, but the logo quality really let it down for me. I don’t think I’d order again

I had to swap my hat for another size, and support did get back to me, but it took a few days. The return instructions were a little confusing too, though maybe I missed something. Anyway, it eventually got sorted out.
